Job Summary
Collect and transport general waste and recyclables safely and efficiently to disposal and recycling facilities while maintaining vehicle condition and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect general waste and recyclables accurately from various customer locations to ensure timely service
- Transport waste safely from the warehouse to designated disposal and recycling facilities following all safety protocols
- Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and safety of your vehicle daily to support operational reliability
- Collaborate with team members to meet collection schedules and uphold service quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 4 driving license to operate waste collection vehicles safely
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Apply hooklift operation skills to load and unload waste containers efficiently (training provided if no prior experience)
- Demonstrate friendly, responsible, and motivated teamwork to foster a positive and productive work environment
