REFUSE ATTENDANT

What You'll Do
1. Daily Waste Management

• Collect and transport refuse from designated points to central bins or compactors
• Ensure proper segregation of general waste. recyclables and bulky items
• Maintain cleanliness and odor control in bin centers and refuse chutes

2. Equipment & Area Care

• Wash and disinfect bin centres, refuse/bin rooms and surrounding areas
• Use PPE correctly and maintain safety records

3.Compliance & Safety

• Follow NEA and MOM safety guidelines for waste handling
• Use PPE correctly and maintain safety records

Requirements

• Physically fit/able-bodied lifting up 20kg and outdoor work
• Basic English for safety instructions, reporting and WhatsApp updates
• Punctual, responsible and able to work independently
• Prior condo cleaning or refuse handling experienced is a plus but not required as training will be provided
• Singaporean, PR

Shift & Benefits

• Works in a small condo/team, with little to no administrative oversight or micromanagement
• Shift: 6 day week, 8-hours shift
• Salary: $1900-$2100 + OT + PWM Bonus + Productivity Incentive
• Leave: 7 days of annual leave (to be increased progressively), medical leave, and public holidays.
