Reformer Pilates instructor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reformer Pilates Instructor based in Singapore. The instructor will design and lead engaging Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, providing modifications to suit different skill levels and physical capabilities. Responsibilities include guiding participants in proper alignment, ensuring safety during exercises, addressing individual needs, and fostering a supportive and inclusive class environment. The role also involves interacting with clients to provide excellent customer service and collaborating with the team to promote a positive studio atmosphere.

• Experience in Pilates Instruction and leading Group Exercise sessions
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy and concepts related to body alignment and movement
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in Teaching techniques with the ability to adapt instructions for individuals and groups
• Relevant certifications in Pilates or Group Exercise instruction
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or healthcare settings is an advantage
