Redhat Openshift Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP 4.x)
• Install, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters
• Manage and support Kubernetes container orchestration
• Monitor cluster performance, availability, and capacity
• Implement RBAC, SCC, network policies, and security hardening
• Support application deployment, scaling, and container lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot platform, node, and container issues
• Configure logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Shell scripting, or Terraform
• Support CI/CD integration with OpenShift (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises environments
• Provide L2/L3 production support

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with Docker / container technologies
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL)
• Experience in OpenShift installation and cluster management.
• Openshift certificate mandatory.
