Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on-premises and/or cloud).
- Configure and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Monitor cluster performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Manage security configurations, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and backup/recovery activities.
- Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to support application delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Skills & Technical Requirements:-
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and container technologies (Docker/CRI-O).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancing, Ingress, SSL/TLS).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, CKA) are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
