Job Responsibilities:

Connect talents with exciting career opportunities across various industries

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication

Source, screen and interview candidates to understand their strengths and career goals

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement

Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing through job portals, networking and social platforms

Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process

Provide career advice and salary market insights to candidates and clients

Develop business opportunities and expand client accounts

Achieve individual and team targets in a dynamic and rewarding environment

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and able to build relationships with clients and candidates

Self-motivated, driven and target-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with phone calls, interviewing and business development

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
