Job Description

Achieve Group is seeking a Recruitment Sales Manager (China Desk) with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our recruitment business within the China desk, with a primary focus on securing new business opportunities through relationship building, client meetings, and effective networking strategies.

This role also involves partnering with Chinese companies looking to establish their offices in Singapore as well as supporting potential clients from China seeking to enter or expand in the Singapore market, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their strategic goals.

The candidate will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both China desk recruitment and Singapore market expansion projects
  • Partner with Chinese companies planning to set up or expand their offices in Singapore, offering tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase market share
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving needs and provide consultative solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to drive client success
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network
  • Leverage relationships to generate quality leads and promote Achieve Group&aposs suite of services
  • Positively represent the company in the business community, enhancing our brand reputation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment sales and business development, ideally within the China desk or regional expansion space
  • Strong understanding of China and Singapores business environment and regulatory landscape preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
