Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will lead a team of motivated recruitment consultants, guide client strategy, develop new business, and ensure high service delivery standards across the recruitment lifecycle.

To be successful, you should have recruitment experience and be passionate about driving sales strategy and achieving targets. As the leader of a team, you need strong leadership capability to develop your team's strengths, and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets
• Develop new business and serve existing clientele
• Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company processes
• Keep abreast of industry trends and provide insights to clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the recruitment industry is essential
• Proven track record of success in recruitment sales
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
• Ability to plan and strategize
• Strong motivator and results driven
