Recruitment Sales Consultant - Internal Mass Hiring

HIGH BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION

We are currently conducting our once-a-year internal hiring for this exclusive position. This role is best suited for individuals who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the motivation to consistently achieve sales KPIs. You should be comfortable contacting leads proactively, building relationships, and operating with a strong sense of sales urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates who possess a CEI Certificate will have an advantage.

• Proactively contact prospective candidates daily to introduce recruitment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career needs.

• Drive the full sales-hiring cycle from resume lead generation, pitching, job allocation, and closing of deals

• Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs and monthly revenue targets in a fast-paced environment

• Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to maximize conversion and placement success rates

• Source and match suitable candidates according to clients hiring requirements

• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process to ensure successful placements

• Maintain strong pipeline management and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance

• Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Adapt to a highly driven and performance-oriented culture with strong emphasis on results and accountability
