Recruitment Sales Consultant (Entry Level/High Gross/5 days)

Highlights:

• Basic Salary + High commission, Potential annual income $50,000-$80,000

• 5 working days, 9am-6pm

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

• Location : Tai Seng (Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT)

Job Scope:

• Meeting monthly sales target and company's revenue objectives

• Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities.

• Be involved in executive and non-executive search.

• Managing job offer process to candidates and handle remuneration and compensation benefits with clients and candidates.

• Advise Clients and Job seekers on market & employment trends.

• Business development which involves managing and developing new and existing clients.

• Enhance business relationship with clients and develop strong account management skills.

• Working closely with clients to develop recruitment strategies and plans.

• Working closely with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• Candidates with background in sales, customer service, hospitality, cabin crew, or retail are welcome to apply

• No experience required, training will be provided

• Candidates with relevant experience be considered for Senior Consultant

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and agency recruitment experience will have added advantage
