Youll be the brain behind the search the one who knows where talent hides and how to get their attention. It&aposs research-heavy, people-focused, and sometimes intense. Youll get questioned, drilled, and pushed to explain your picks. Thick skin helps. So does grit, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast.

What Youll Be Doing (Real Talk):

• Dive deep into industries, job functions, and markets to uncover top talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current + future hiring needs
• Qualify candidates through screening calls that cut through the fluff [you would be trained]
• Work closely with consultants to shape and sharpen search strategies
• Keep our CRM clean and current (because future-you will thank you)
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and talent intel platforms to stay sharp and ahead
