- CEI certified in Singapore
- Strong commercial and sales mindset, with a track record of working towards targets and delivering results in a recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving environment.
- Knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and talent trends across key tech, commercial and corporate functions is a plus
