The Role
As a RPO Recruiter, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner to one of our client from the Telco Tech sector based on-site at our client office in Changi Business Park, Singapore, owning the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven (non-sales) role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from gathering requirement from the hiring team, sourcing, screening, interview coordination up to offer closure.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Lead to fulfill internal hiring.
- Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups.
- Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database.
- Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of tech recruitment experience.
- Strong interest in recruitment/talent acquisitions and relationship management.
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
