Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Recruitment Officer located in Lorong Chuan.

Our client is an insurance agency. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview processes with hiring managers to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Additionally, the role requires facilitating pre-employment testing, background checks, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Close collaboration with department heads is essential to understanding staffing needs, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Maintaining compliance with labor laws, keeping accurate recruitment records, and promoting the company's employer brand are also key aspects of the role. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication is fundamental to successful hiring.

Qualifications:

• Min Local Diploma (Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic)
• Proficiency in MS Office
