Job Overview: The Recruitment Officer is responsible for strengthening and expanding the company's talent pool to support business growth. This role actively engages in recruitment-related activities, including sourcing, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives, to attract and secure quality candidates within targeted timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure hiring within timeline
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, schools, job fairs, etc.)
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (including presentations when required), and recommend suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with schools or external partners for recruitment activities (including overseas events when required)
- Maintain recruitment databases / ATS and prepare hiring reports
- Assist in onboarding and other HR-related tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proactive, meticulous, and willing to take initiative
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Willing to learn and report to Senior HR Manager
