Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct background checks, and ensure timely onboarding to fill vacancies efficiently
  • Execute procedures for new hire orientation, probation confirmation, role transfers, and offboarding in compliance with labor regulations
  • Organize new-employee training sessions and assist departments in designing training plans and specialized programs.
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
  • Implement employee care initiativesand manage day-to-day employee relations to foster a positive workplace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, with 5+ years in HR/Administration roles specializing in recruitment and employee relations
  • Proficiency in recruitment interviewing methodologies
  • Knowledge of local labor policies and basic labor risk mitigation
  • Strong interpersonal understanding, cross-department coordination, and resilience under pressure
  • Proactive learning mindset and openness to adopt HR tech innovations
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
