The Role:

As a Manager - Client Services, you will lead and support recruitment teams delivering hiring solutions for a key banking client. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruitment leaders to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment services, meeting agreed service levels, quality standards, and business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and operational leadership to drive hiring success and enhance the client and candidate experience. You will also oversee team performance, support the development of recruiters and sourcers, manage operational challenges, and ensure effective governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the recruitment function.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop recruitment leaders and teams to drive high performance, engagement, and career growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver recruitment services that meet client expectations, business objectives, and service level agreements.
  • Manage team capacity, workforce planning, and resource allocation to ensure successful hiring delivery.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, recruitment metrics, productivity, and service quality.
  • Drive compliance, data accuracy, process excellence, and adherence to client and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and recruitment innovations.
  • Support account growth and profitability by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and achieve business goals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment leadership experience within the banking, financial services, or professional services industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Experience leading and developing recruitment teams, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring market trends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with 3-4 days per week onsite.
