RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Manage full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients requirements

. Look for new clients (the employers) and complete the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS:

. Must be CEI attained EA personnel

. Proven track record in manpower placement industry

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

MODE OF REMUNERATION:

. Basic + Commission + On Target incentive
