Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and driven Recruitment cum HR Executive to support both talent acquisition and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume hiring, especially for construction manpower, while also managing core HR functions. A valid CEI License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Functions:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle foreign manpower recruitment, including coordination with overseas agents
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and CEI requirements
- Post job ads and actively source candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes
HR Functions:
- Support payroll, leave management, and HR administration
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support HR reporting and compliance matters
Requirements:
- Valid CEI License (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions
- Experience in construction or foreign manpower hiring preferred
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass procedures
- Hands-on, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
