Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading investment management firm to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Singapore office. This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced regional talent acquisition function, contributing to both operational excellence and candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruitment-related events such as networking sessions and campus initiatives. This includes involvement in early careers hiring, where the individual will help organise and execute engagement activities across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this individual will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless scheduling, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination of recruitment activities. The role also involves maintaining recruitment trackers, generating reports, and supporting continuous process improvements. There will be regular collaboration with colleagues across regional offices, providing exposure to cross-border recruitment operations within the investment management space.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations. Proficiency in Excel is essential, particularly in managing data and reporting. Experience in event coordination, coupled with strong stakeholder engagement skills, will be key to success in this role.
