Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator (6-Months Contract) 

About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring teams to manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle. You will act as a subject matter expert in interview coordination, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role that offers exposure across multiple business units at both regional and global levels, with opportunities to be involved in projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple regions and business units (phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews)
  • Manage interview logistics, including candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by guiding candidates throughout the interview process and supporting onsite interview coordination
  • Ensure compliance by auditing employment agreements and tracking background checks prior to onboarding
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to troubleshoot issues and improve hiring processes
  • Prioritise and manage multiple scheduling requests while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilise and maintain applicant tracking systems and tools (e.g. Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack)
  • Contribute to regional and global projects aligned with recruitment operations and process improvements
  • Leverage dashboards and data insights (e.g. Tableau) to support decision-making and improve scheduling efficiency
Requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity
  • A collaborative team player with a strong focus on delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a recruitment coordination role
  • Familiarity with recruitment coordination or HR operations is advantageous
  • Experience with tools such as Workday, scheduling platforms, or data dashboards is a plus
