Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Engineering division by managing interview schedules, coordinating candidates, and ensuring efficient hiring processes through organized communication and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interviewer rosters to ensure availability aligns with hiring needs
  • Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews promptly and professionally
  • Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback to support hiring decisions
  • Scan resumes quickly and route them accurately to appropriate hiring managers
  • Track candidate progress and pending actions to maintain pipeline visibility
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure process consistency
  • Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Multi-task effectively to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously
  • Collaborate with local teams and global clients to facilitate smooth recruitment operations
  • Adapt quickly to new procedures and changes within the business environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or similar roles
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Oracle
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
