Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and profile formatting
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the internal database/ATS
  • Support in preparing candidate summaries and interview briefing notes
  • Follow up on interview feedback from both clients and candidates
  • Assist with offer management, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Handle administrative duties related to recruitment activities and documentation
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
