Job Description

  • Manage the hiring pipeline by scheduling interviews, coordinating interviewer rosters, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and facilitate offer and onboarding processes with accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR partners.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, maintain organization, and ensure seamless execution of recruitment tasks.
  • Handle multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Act as a proactive and professional liaison across various teams within the division.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has a Degree in Business or relevant experience in Financial services firms
  • Strong business accumens, excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized with strong accuracy in task execution.
  • Quick learner, able to adjust to new procedures and changes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and track progress.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Zoom.
