We are seeking a motivated andexperienced Human Resource Consultant to join our team. Theideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment or sales, possessstrong interpersonal and business development skills, and be able to workindependently with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable job placements based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Stay updated with Singapore employment regulations and practices.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries), or be prepared to take the CEI course/exam.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
