Job Summary

As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop an extensive suite of recruitment skills. You will be primed for success in various key skills necessary for the industry, including research, sourcing, operations, candidate management and project management. The candidate we are looking for is someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented and most of all willing to go above and beyond their comfort zone in learning new things.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research on recruitment processes, market insights, and industry trends
  • Publish weekly job advertisements and reports, along with other administrative tasks
  • Screen candidate applications and manage follow-up activities for shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain accurate data in all relevant databases and platforms; assist with general office administration
  • Create marketing materials, including monthly newsletters for clients and candidates, and distribute them via social media and email marketing lists
  • Coordinate preparations for the firm's networking events, contributing to the planning and execution of these projects
  • Assist the CEO with ad hoc projects and various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from a reputable local university in any discipline - 3rd or 4th year students are highly preferred
  • An interest in recruitment is advantageous, with opportunity for conversion to a full-time role
  • A strong co-curricular activities record, with exhibited leadership qualities and a penchant for taking on new challenges
  • Proactive with strong sense of accountability and ownership over your work
  • Innovative and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Able to commit to a full time internship for 3-6 months, ideally from April onwards at the latest
