What You'll Learn

• Get hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placement

• Assess candidates for a variety of roles and sharpen your people skills

Job Responsibilities

• Post jobs and scout for top talent

• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for clients

• Support HR processes during onboarding and offboarding

• Coordinate work arrangements with candidates

• Crush performance targets in a fast-paced, exciting environment

We're Looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of GCE A Level or Diploma

• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• Is motivated, ambitious, and ready to learn

• Communicates well, collaborates easily, and takes initiative

• Can commit for at least 3 months
