Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT candidates.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple platforms.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent.
- Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates through the onboarding process.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT sector experience essential).
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and successful placements.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
