Responsibilities :

• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, social media and networking.

• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.

• Work closely with internal Business Development Team to understand recruitment needs of our clients

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree

• No prior experience required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed!

• A passion for recruitment and people

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others succeed

• Self-driven, great problem solving skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
