What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients

Candidate Engagement

  • Provide candidates with clear job information and timely updates

  • Ensure a positive recruitment journey and experience

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development teams on hiring needs

  • Share recruitment best practices and selection guidance

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with TAFEP and employment regulations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Employer Branding & Process Improvement

  • Collect feedback from candidates and new hires

  • Support improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma (minimum), preferably in HR or Business

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment & sales environment

  • Results-driven with a mindset to achieve targets

  • Training provided for those new to recruitment
