Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Source candidates for project roles using databases, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions

  • Liaise with clients to understand role requirements, project timelines, and manpower plans, and provide suitable shortlists within agreed timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal operations/crewing/administration teams on mobilization, documentation, medicals, visas, and certifications.

  • Support business development by identifying new client opportunities, sharing market insights, and participating in client meetings when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant employment/regulatory standards in Singapore and project countries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably HR, Business, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience experience in agency is an advantage.

  • Strong sourcing skills

  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to work in a fastpaced, projectdriven environment.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of the Singapore team, with strong coordination and followup skills.
