Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates for project roles using databases, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
Liaise with clients to understand role requirements, project timelines, and manpower plans, and provide suitable shortlists within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal operations/crewing/administration teams on mobilization, documentation, medicals, visas, and certifications.
Support business development by identifying new client opportunities, sharing market insights, and participating in client meetings when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant employment/regulatory standards in Singapore and project countries.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably HR, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of recruitment experience experience in agency is an advantage.
Strong sourcing skills
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to work in a fastpaced, projectdriven environment.
Able to work both independently and as part of the Singapore team, with strong coordination and followup skills.
