Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant (Japanese Speaking)

Specific Role Purpose

The Consultant / Senior Consultant will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment to ensure smooth running of the Japan Desk operations. They will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. They will be given clients orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, they will also be tasked to engage in business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the market needs and developing long-term business relationship with Japanese speaking client
• Perform recruitment and talent search activities targeting the right audience
• Screening, interviewing, shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling between clients and candidates
• Salary package proposal and negotiation
• Achieving team goals and individual performance objective
• Conducting seminar or webinar to share market information for client and candidate

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales or recruitment experiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in Japanese is required, as the role involves supporting and liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Keen in people business
• Positive attitude, confident, dynamic and outgoing personality
