Job Summary

Drive new logo acquisition and business growth as a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation) by owning the full sales cycle and collaborating with recruitment teams to scale revenue through staff augmentation and contract hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across tech, enterprise, and scaling organizations to expand market presence
  • Sell staff augmentation and contract hiring solutions using a parked payroll model to meet client workforce needs
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution design, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent deal momentum to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to align client demand with available talent supply for timely delivery
  • Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within new and existing clients to maximize account value
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to influence buying decisions
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts accurately to support business planning
  • Represent the business professionally in client meetings and negotiations to build trust and credibility

Required competencies and certifications

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in staff augmentation, IT staffing, recruitment agency sales, or professional services
  • Proven success in new business development and hunter sales roles driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, payroll models, and margin management
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability for sales outcomes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to secure deals effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-based sales environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in small agencies or lean sales environments preferred
