Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders from the technology lines of business for IT recruitment strategy
  • Managing a portfolio of positions simultaneously across the technology businesses Take ownership of allocated portfolio on the full recruitment life cycle from active sourcing to offer
  • Building our knowledge of key markets and developing passive candidates and future talent
  • Evaluating, screening and testing candidates skills, experience managing ad hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

  • Degree with 3 years experience in technology recruitment role
  • Comfortable managing volume recruitment as well as ad-hoc projects in technology recruitment
  • Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records and data management in the relevant systems
