JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Use headhunting techniques to approach passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the client
- Provide guidance to candidates on their resumes, interview techniques, and career development
- Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to job placement
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, preparing both parties for the interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
- Participate in job fairs and career events
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Passion for talent development and recruitment
