We are looking for a Consultant with at least 3 year's experience in recruiting in the Singapore market to join our team!

We have an excellent track record of developing leaders, the 3 that currently have management responsibility in the Singapore office began life with us as Trainee!

We would like somebody who has a proven track record in recruitment alongside a passion to train and develop others. It is essential that you are a supportive, caring person whilst also holding yourself and others to high standards.

We have an extensive client list that includes leading banks, and internet and technology companies to that you will be given access. Bringing in your own business will of course be a requirement, from the second month we get our Trainee to start business development, so it is important that you enjoy this element of the role!

Internal development is at the core of our business. In Singapore, each team member has had at least one promotion in the last year and employee turnover is less than 15% for 3 years in a row.

Role

  • Work with CRMs to understand vacancies and ensure your team priorities match
  • Ensure you have a strong working relationship with CRMs
  • Work strategically with management and business services to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Source and screen candidates through a variety of methods
  • Work on innovative ways to attract and source new candidates
  • Represent our clients well to sell their vacancies
  • Use Bullhorn/Talent Rover as trained and complete all essential information on the system
  • Manage the candidate interview process
  • Maintain a hotlist of relevant candidates on Bullhorn/Talent Rover
  • Share candidate and client leads with the business
  • New Business accounts identified and secured
  • Meet candidates face to face to assess suitability (depending on location)
  • Keep abreast of developments in your market
  • Be flexible and work on other duties when asked
  • Be a key part of the company e.g. attending company events
  • Responsible for your own performance and development and that of your team by making use of the tools available to you e.g. ACRs, training courses
  • Be a great team player and an asset to our company
