Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients in Singapore through business development and cold calling to generate new job positions / requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in Singapore to match client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Draft up job ads to attract applicants.
- Filter through candidates applications and shortlist for respective clients.
- Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well prepared.
- Do negotiations on salary and employment terms with candidates and clients whenever necessary.
- Ensure sales closures to achieve personal commission targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification and above.
- Authorized to work in Singapore.
- Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI - Basic) is a MUST to conduct EA work.
- Relevant experience in recruitment agencies (360 degree) is an advantage but not a must.
- Familiarity with recruitment / sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and love to interact with people of all levels.
- Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of industry knowledge.
- Strong networking.
- Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
