Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to analyze and understand their hiring needs and job requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Source, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for client roles and organizational culture
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offer negotiation
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and repeat business
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle
