Job Summary
You will manage relationships with existing and new clients, identify new business opportunities, and source suitable candidates to meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio
- Analyze client requirements to source and recommend candidates who align with client needs and organizational goals
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries, including outside regular working hours, to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a dynamic, fast-paced recruitment environment
- Proactively address client needs and uncover business opportunities to drive company growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement and effective candidate placement
- Manage multiple recruitment and client service tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in recruitment or related fields preferred
- CEI certification is an advantage
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to learn open to candidates without prior experience
Other Information
- Basic salary range: $2500 - $3500 plus attractive commission and incentives
- Average gross income: $5000 - $10000++
Flexible working arrangement
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
- Working location: Paya Lebar
