JAC Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant

Due to our global business expansion, we are currently looking for a highly driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on industry trends and build market knowledge within the Semiconductor & Electronics sector

• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs

• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available

• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates

• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients

Requirements:

• Interest in the recruitment OR sales

• Interest in the Semiconductor & Electronics industry

• Able to communicate with clients and candidates in English and Mandarin

• Professional mindset with a passion about own career and growth prospects

• Excellent people skills
