Job Scope

• Candidate sourcing - attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.
• Recruitment process - coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.
• Negotiation & advisory - managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.
  

Job Requirement

• Degree Holder in Business Management / Human Resource Management or in any relevant discipline
