Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- End to End recruitment cycle
- Create Database
- Shortlist Candidates and conduct interviews
- Screen candidate profile
- Prepare client CV
- Coordinate with the candidate for arranging interviews
- Salary negotiations
- Final closure of positions
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in HR or IT
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a recruiter in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member.
- CEI certified or willing to get CEI certification
- Fresher from HR / IT related education can be considered.
Remuneration:
Base Salary with high percentage of business
