Job Description

Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • End to End recruitment cycle
  • Create Database
  • Shortlist Candidates and conduct interviews
  • Screen candidate profile
  • Prepare client CV
  • Coordinate with the candidate for arranging interviews
  • Salary negotiations
  • Final closure of positions

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in HR or IT
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a recruiter in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member.
  • CEI certified or willing to get CEI certification
  • Fresher from HR / IT related education can be considered.

Remuneration:

Base Salary with high percentage of business
