As a Recruitment Consultant:

• Specialize in the full recruitment process - sourcing for candidates through job advertisement posts and online database, interviewing, profiling, and talent management
• Manage job offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Build a strong network of candidates and clients
• Develop and implement Human Resource solutions for clients
