Responsibilities:

A. Conduct your own sales:

. 360 degrees, end-to-end recruitment processing

. Acquisition of clients, and collect accurate client information & helper/worker requirements

. Collection of placement fee

. Conduct Deployment, Handover and briefing

. Post Placement Check and After-sales

B. Requirements:

. Possess CEI Basic All license is mandatory

. Migrant Domestic Helper (MDW) and Foreign Workers placement experience

. 100% compliance to MOM requirements / regulations

. MUST BE Responsible, organized and with good self-discipline

C. Profit Sharing (After minus costs):

40% Profit Sharing with CPF Contribution

Fully Commission Based
