Key Responsibilities
- Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation.
- Source creatively, identify talents and support candidates in their career development journey.
- Handle profile screening, virtual/physical interviews and advisory to candidates on the right career opportunities to match their skill sets.
- Manage time well and partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Build relationships internally and externally.
- Ensure positive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up of activities.
Key Requirements
- MOM CEI basic certification.
- Experience in agency/in-house talent acquisition/recruitment work.
- Diploma/Degree from relevant disciplines.
- Experience using social media, networking tools, and research tools to source candidates an advantage.
- Experience in campus/overseas hiring, employer branding, employee training, consultancy or business development a plus.
- Resourceful team player, organized with good communication skills.
- Positive entrepreneurial mindset and resilience with a CAN-DO attitude and passion to deliver results.
