Our Finance & Strategy Practice

A key pillar within Kerry Consulting, our Finance & Strategy Practice comprises specialist recruiters who average 15+ years of recruitment expeirence, including former Big 4 Chartered Accountants and Finance professionals. Our Practice is designed to identify and empower these next-generation financial leaders - those who blend data fluency with strategic foresight, and financial discipline with bold innovation. Our Role

As our specialist recruitment consultant, you will be the talent advisor, advising clients, on talent acquisition and management strategies within the Finance & Strategy function. You will also be the career advisor, evaluating candidates aspirations and goals, and providing value-added advice on career opportunities. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow the client portfolio.

Requirements

You will bring at least 2 years of postgraduate experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment. Recruitment experience is not a requisite but prior work experience in Finance and genuine interest to transition into a revenue generating role would be highly valued. You will be described as highly driven and entrepreneurial, with a concurrent passion for building strong people-relationships. You will also be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas and action plans. You are also one who thrives in a collaborative and high integrity environment.
