Job Description

Your role:

  • To Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
  • To Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
  • To Manage candidates job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

  • Vast knowledge and indepth understanding of service industries hiring trends
  • Skill sets in Selection, Shortlisting and People management
  • Broaden exposure in various services (Evergreen) industries eg: Education (Higher learning, International School, Inependent schools, Preschool), Learning & Development, Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, GLCs, Trading/ Wholesale, R&D, Food technology etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Arts / Sciences
  • No experience required as on-job-training will be provided
  • High energy, team player and people oriented
