Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Adecco Staffing team, you will play a key role in expanding Adecco's presence within the Engineering sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening top talent to ensuring successful placements and excellent candidate experiences.
This is a dynamic role that combines candidate relationship management, consultative selling, and hands-on recruitment delivery within one of the most exciting and fast-evolving industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber IT candidates across various platforms and domains using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, technology stacks, and workforce planning strategies, ensuring the best talent matches.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to provide career guidance and align them with suitable IT opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team targets by proactively developing a pipeline of skilled IT candidates.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks to provide strategic talent insights.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from initial engagement to onboarding.
- Maintain and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for accurate and efficient hiring processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of Engineering recruitment experience in an agency or staffing environment.
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing Engineering professionals across industries
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
