Your day-to-day will involve:
Talent screening and pitching - Asking right questions to assess not just technical fit, but also cultural fit to the client organization.
Research - You'll become a mini-expert in our clients industries, mapping out the talent landscape and staying ahead of market trends
Interview preparation - You'll coordinate, prepare, and support candidates through the interview rounds
Offer management - From managing the art of offer negotiations to conducting thorough reference checks, you ensure the final stage of the journey is seamless and compliant.
Pre-requisite
- Degree in any discipline
- Some sales or industry experience (tech/ banking/ engineering) will be a value add
- We offer a structured onboarding induction, online learning as well as onsite training/mentor coaching
- Enjoy communications both internal and external
- Discipline and passionate with a drive
