Our Consumer & Retail Practice

As one of the key pillars within Kerry Consulting, our Consumer & Retail Practice comprises specialist recruiters across commercial and corporate functions. We partner leading Consumer and Retail organisations, spanning fast moving consumer goods, consumer electronics, fashion and apparel, luxury retail, beauty and personal care, and eCommerce amongst others, to attract and identify talents who will shape the future of these organisations. Due to continued demand for bespoke executive search, we are now seeking aspirational Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

Role

As our specialist recruitment consultant, you will be the talent advisor, advising clients, on talent acquisition and management strategies in one of these functional areas - Sales & Marketing/ Human Resources/ Finance & Strategy. You will also be the career advisor, evaluating candidates aspirations and goals, and providing value-added advice on career opportunities. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow the client portfolio.

Requirements

You will bring at least 2 years of postgraduate experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment. Recruitment experience is not a requisite but prior work experience in Sales & Marketing/ Human Resources/ Finance would be highly valued. Likewise, a passion for Consumer & Retail, and appreciation of evolving consumer landscape would be advantageous. You will be described as highly driven and entrepreneurial, with a concurrent passion for building strong people-relationships. You will also be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas and action plans.
